All American Grilled Cheese

I love a good sandwich for lunch. You can load your favorite sandwiches with super healthy ingredients and serve on a whole bread. It’s time for a fabulous grilled cheese recipe with a YouAnew twist. Today, we are going to recreate an All-American Classic with American Cheese, Tomato and Spinach.

American Cheese with Tomato and Spinach on Whole Wheat
Quick Note: Feel free to substitute arugula with spinach for added flavor

What you’ll do: Brush Sprouted Whole Grain Bread with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Add organic American Cheese, Fresh Spinach and Tomato off the vine. Brown on a stove top over moderate heat in non-stick pan, serve with PopChips and ENJOY!
