Pink Honey Lime Fruit Salad

Deliciously pink, this fun, healthy snack is the perfect healthy treat. My Pink Honey Lime Fruit Salad is packed full of antioxidants. The bright colors will tease your palate; every bite will satisfy. Delight in every healthy bite.

What You’ll Need

8 Cups Diced Watermelon
2 Cups Sliced Strawberries
2 Cups Raspberries
1/4 Cup Volcano Lime Burst  or Fresh Lime
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Teaspoons Freshly Chopped Mint
10 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 Large Mixing Bowl
1 Small Mixing Bowl
1 Whisk

What You’ll Do
Combine lime juice and honey in a small mixing bowl and whisk vigorously. Add 2 teaspoons of freshly chopped mint and set aside.

Wash strawberries and raspberries in cold water and pat dry. Dice watermelon and combine all fruit ingredients in large bowl. Pour lime, honey and mint combination over the pink fruit. Add fresh mint leaves. Enjoy!
