Holly’s Go-To-Foods List
Hi Everyone! My Go-To Foods List is also an On-the-Go Foods list! It seems like I am always on the go from one place to another, and I need to have foods in my kitchen that are either quick to make or can easily be taken with me.
1. Raw Unsalted Almonds: Always try to have some in my purse or gym bag for a quick powerful snack! 2. Instant Brown Rice: I seriously do not know what I would do without this; it’s quick, easy and goes with just about anything 3. Amy’s Non-Dairy Burrito: Great with some salsa and peppers! 4. Imagine Butternut Squash: I always have this in my pantry for the nights when I don’t feel like cooking! 5. Wild BlueBerries: Keep these cancer-fighting berries the freezer to add to oatmeal & yogurt 6. Thyme: I love adding spices to my food to keep them full of flavor without the added calories. 7. Chunk Light Tuna in Water: Perfect with a whole wheat pita and some veggies! 8. Turkey Burger: Not just for summer BBQ’s! Perfect for a quick meal with some avocado or salad! 9. Rosemary: I love adding this spice to my turkey burgers & chicken! 10. Van’s Flax Waffles: Perfect for breakfast on the go or a quick afternoon snack! 11. Whole Wheat Pita: I keep these in the freezer because they go with just about anything!
