I admit I am a salad lover–I always have been; I think I always will be. There’s something about that big bowl of greens mixed with lots of healthy fun flavors that makes me feel fabulous. What You’ll Need:
6-8 Cups Mixed Greens with Spinach
1 Bag of Peeled Dried Organic Apples
1/4 Cup Organic Raisins
1/4 Cup Dried Unsweetened Cherries
1 Ounce Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds
1 Red Pear
1 Green Apple
4 Ounces Crumbled Feta
Annie’s Naturals Organic Balsamic Vinaigrette

What You’ll Do:
Slice and dice your pear and apple. Combine all ingredients and top with crumbled feta. Cautiously add dressing. A little goes a long way both in taste and in calories. Enjoy!!
